致死性家族性失眠症（FFI）
Patient Condition
PRNP基因D178N突变（129M纯合子），母亲和舅舅均死于FFI。进行性失眠9个月，伴严重自主神经功能障碍（直立性低血压、无汗、便秘）、抑郁。PSG监测TST 40分钟/24h。CASS评分15分。
