致死性家族性失眠症（FFI）
Patient Condition
PRNP基因D178N突变携带者（129M/V杂合子），母亲因FFI去世。进行性失眠4个月，伴严重焦虑、体重下降12kg、体温调节障碍（阵发性高热）。PSG监测TST 72分钟/24h，24小时动态心电图示频发室性早搏。
