致死性家族性失眠症（FFI）

PRNP基因D178N突变（129M纯合子），父亲因FFI去世。进行性失眠6个月，伴严重日间嗜睡（但夜间无法入睡）、梦魇、体重下降11kg。PSG监测TST 50分钟/24h，呈现"矛盾性睡眠"模式。MoCA评分21分。
