致死性家族性失眠症（FFI）
Patient Condition
PRNP基因D178N突变（129M纯合子），祖父疑似FFI病史。进行性失眠7个月，伴体重骤降15kg、阳痿、瞳孔不等大。PSG监测TST 42分钟/24h。出现梦游行为和攻击性发作。脑电图示弥漫性慢波。
