致死性家族性不眠症（FFI）

PRNP D178 N 変異 （ 129 M ホモ接合性 ） 、母と叔父ともに FFI で死亡した。重度の自律機能障害 （ 直立性低血圧、無水症、便秘 ） を伴う 9 ヶ月間の進行性不眠症、およびうつ病。
