致死性家族性不眠症（FFI）

PRNP D178N 変異 （ 129M ホモ接合性 ） 、父親は FFI で死去した。6 ヶ月間の進行性不眠症、重度の昼間眠気 （ しかし、夜は眠れない ） 、悪夢、 11 kg の体重減少を伴う。
