Atrophie multisystématisée (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-C, ataxie cérébelleuse progressive pendant 10 mois (stade précoce), avec hypotension orthostatique légère et constipation. UMSARS-I 13, UMSARS-II 15, SCOPA-AUT 12. L'IRM a montré une atrophie précoce du vermeil cérébelleux. Inscrit à l'essai clinique BM-MSC.
