Atrophie multisystématisée (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-C, ataxie cérébelleuse progressive pendant 15 mois avec étourdissements sévères, épisodes de syncope (2-3/mois), constipation et diminution de la transpiration. UMSARS-I 16, UMSARS-II 20, SCOPA-AUT 20. L'IRM a montré une atrophie du vermis cérébelleux et un signe de chignon croisé chaud pontin.
