Atrophie multisystématisée (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-C (type cérébelleux), présentant principalement une ataxie cérébelleuse. Instabilité progressive de la démarche et dysarthrie pendant 18 mois, avec hypotension orthostatique et dysfonction urinaire. UMSARS-I 18, UMSARS-II 22, SCOPA-AUT 18. L'IRM du cerveau a montré des vermes cérébelleux et une atrophie de l'hémisphère, le "pain croisé chaud" signe positif.
