Mutation PRNP D178N (129M homozygote), la mère et l'oncle sont tous deux décédés de FFI. Insomnie progressive pendant 9 mois, accompagnée de dysfonctionnement autonome sévère (hypotension orthostatique, anhydrose, constipation) et dépression.
