Patient Condition
First-line Atezolizumab combined with chemotherapy for extensive small cell lung cancer reached SD after 4 cycles and entered the immune maintenance treatment stage. The primary lesion was located 4.5 cm in the right lung with brain metastases (SRS has been performed).
