Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
Upper abdominal pain and emaciation for 3 months, CA19 -9: 5,200 U/mL. CT showed multiple land-occupying lesions in the pancreatic head and liver metastases (3 lesions, the largest was 1.5 cm). Metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma stage IV was diagnosed.
