Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
Back pain and weight loss for 4 months, CA19 -9: 2,800 U/mL. CT showed that the pancreatic body occupied 4.2 cm and the abdominal trunk was involved (<180 degrees). A diagnosis was made of borderline resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
