Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
He had hidden pain in the upper abdomen and indigestion for 3 months, and recently developed jaundice. CA19-9: 890 U/mL。CT/MRI showed a 2.9-cm mass in the pancreatic head and an expansion of the common bile duct. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma T2N0M0 was diagnosed.
