Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)

Upper abdominal pain, loss of appetite for 4 months, and weight loss of 12kg. CA19-9: 2,340 U/mL。CT showed that the pancreatic body occupied a 3.3 cm mass and the splenic vein was involved. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma T3N1M0 was diagnosed.
