Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
Upper abdominal pain radiated to the back for 2 months, and recently developed jaundice. CA19-9: 1,680 U/mL。CT/MRI showed a 3.8-cm mass in the pancreatic head and an expansion of the common bile duct. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma T2N1M0 was diagnosed.
