Upper abdominal discomfort, feeling full after meals for 3 months, and recently experienced weight loss. CA19-9: 756 U/mL。CT showed that the pancreatic head occupied a 3.5 cm mass without vascular invasion. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma T2N0M0 was diagnosed.
