Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
Back pain accompanied by loss of appetite for 4 months and weight loss of 10kg. CA19-9: 1,250 U/mL。CT showed a 2.8-cm mass in the pancreatic body and involvement of the splenic vein. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma T3N1M0 was diagnosed.
