Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
The patient had dull pain in the upper abdomen for 3 months, and the jaundice gradually worsened for 2 weeks. CA19-9: 892 U/mL。CT showed a 3.2-cm mass in the pancreatic head and dilatation of the common bile duct. The diagnosis was pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma T2N0M0. The patient had a history of diabetes and lost 8kg in weight.
