Treatment Outcome
| before | UMSARS-I points 17, UMSARS-II points 19, CSF NfL 68pg/mL, IL-6 increased |
|---|
| after | UMSARS-I improved to 15 points, UMSARS-II improved to 17 points, CSF NfL dropped to 50pg/mL (26% decrease), and IL-6 returned to normal levels |
|---|
| highlight | IVIg immunomodulatory treatment significantly improved motor function and neuroinflammatory indicators, and the return of IL-6 to normal suggests that the immune-mediated neuroprotective mechanism is effective |
