Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-P, progressive parkinsonism for 16 months, partial but waning L-dopa response. Severe orthostatic hypotension and urinary dysfunction. UMSARS-I 19, UMSARS-II 23, SCOPA-AUT 19. Enrolled in anti-alpha-synuclein antibody immunotherapy trial.

Treatment Outcome
| before | UMSARS-I 19 points, UMSARS-II 23 points, CSF NfL 72pg/mL, SAA positive |
|---|---|
| after | UMSARS-I improved to 17 points, UMSARS-II improved to 20 points, CSF NfL decreased to 53pg/mL (26% decrease), and SAA signal intensity decreased by 30% |
| highlight | Anti-alpha-synuclein monoclonal antibody treatment significantly improved motor function scores, and dual biomarkers (NfL and SAA) both showed positive changes, confirming the potential efficacy of immunotherapy on MSA |
