Treatment Outcome

beforeUMSARS-I 20 points, UMSARS-II 24 points, cerebrospinal fluid NfL 85pg/mL, cerebellum and pons atrophy significantly
afterUMSARS-I improved to 18 points, UMSARS-II improved to 21 points, cerebrospinal fluid NfL dropped to 62pg/mL (27% decrease), and MRI showed a slowdown in atrophy
highlightUC-MSC treatment significantly reduced levels of the neurodegenerative biomarker NfL, significantly improved UMSARS score, and MRI showed a slowdown in disease progression.
