Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-C, progressive cerebellar ataxia for 15 months with severe dizziness, syncope episodes (2-3/month), constipation, and decreased sweating. UMSARS-I 16, UMSARS-II 20, SCOPA-AUT 20. MRI showed cerebellar vermis atrophy and pontine hot cross bun sign.
