Treatment Timeline
| Phase | Details | Date |
| Diagnosis and multi-system evaluation of MSA-C type | | |
| IVIG Immunomodulation + Autonomic Nerve Symptom Management | | |
| Autologous stem cell therapy + intensive rehabilitation | | |
| Maintenance treatment and functional retention | | |
Treatment Outcome
| before | UMSARS-I 15 points, UMSARS-II 18 points, gait instability requiring walking aid, RBD more than 5 episodes per week |
|---|
| after | UMSARS-I stabilized at 16 points, UMSARS-II improved to 16 points, can walk independently indoors, and RBD reduced to 1-2 times per week |
