Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-C (cerebellar type), primarily presenting with cerebellar ataxia. Progressive gait instability and dysarthria for 18 months, with orthostatic hypotension and urinary dysfunction. UMSARS-I 18, UMSARS-II 22, SCOPA-AUT 18. Brain MRI showed cerebellar vermis and hemisphere atrophy, "hot cross bun" sign positive.
