integrated assessment
Combination therapy initiated
Combination therapy + pulmonary rehabilitation (months 1-12)
Maintenance treatment (Months 13-24)

Treatment Outcome

beforeFVC accounted for 50% of predicted value, DLCO accounted for 34% of predicted value, 6MWD 270m, mMRC score 3, combined emphysema (CPFE)
afterAfter 24 months of treatment, FVC accounted for 46% of the predicted value (approximately 2% annual decline), DLCO accounted for 30% of the predicted value, 6MWD was 330m (improvement of 60m), and mMRC score dropped to level 2
highlightIn patients with CPFE (pulmonary fibrosis combined with emphysema) combined with anti-fibrosis treatment combined with pulmonary rehabilitation, the 6MWD was improved by 60 meters, and the comprehensive management effect was significant.
