Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)
Patient Condition
The patient had been hospitalized for 8 months for progressive dyspnea and had no history of smoking. HRCT showed reticular shadows and honeycomb changes on the periphery of both lungs. Lung function: FVC 72% predicted, DLCO 58% predicted. 6MWD 440m, mMRC score 1. Early diagnosis of IPF.
