Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)
Patient Condition
The patient sought medical treatment for half a year due to worsening shortness of breath after exercise and had a history of long-term dust exposure. HRCT showed double lungs honeycomb and traction bronchiectasis. Lung function: FVC 60% predicted, DLCO 45% predicted. 6MWD 350m, mMRC score 2. IPF was diagnosed after excluding occupational lung disease.
