Treatment Outcome
| before | FVC accounted for 56% of predicted value, DLCO accounted for 40% of predicted value, 6MWD 310m, mMRC score 3 |
|---|---|
| after | After 24 months of treatment, FVC accounted for 51% of the predicted value (annual decline rate of approximately 2.5%), DLCO accounted for 35% of the predicted value, 6MWD was 335m, and mMRC score dropped to level 2 |
| highlight | After 24 months of nittedanib combined with pulmonary rehabilitation, FVC decline was delayed, exercise tolerance was improved, and mMRC score was improved. |
