HFpEF was complicated with obesity and atrial fibrillation, LVEF 58%, NYHA class III, and severe diastolic dysfunction. Enrolled into the clinical trial of intravenous infusion of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSC)+ lifestyle intervention.
