Patient Condition
HFpEF (heart failure with preserved ejection fraction), LVEF 55%, NYHA class III, left ventricular hypertrophy and severe diastolic dysfunction (E/e' 18). Patients with hypertension, obesity and diabetes were enrolled in the clinical trial of intravenous infusion of allogeneic MSC.
