Patient Condition
Ischemic cardiomyopathy HFrEF, LVEF 25%, NYHA class III, previous history of anterior wall myocardial infarction, post-coronary stent implantation. Despite the use of maximum tolerated doses of ACEI and beta blockers, hospitalizations for heart failure are frequent.
