Patient Condition
Dilated cardiomyopathy resulted in HFrEF, LVEF 28%, NYHA class III, NT-proBNP 4200 pg/mL, and was repeatedly hospitalized due to exacerbation of heart failure. He had taken ACEI+β receptor blockers regularly in the past, but his cardiac function continued to deteriorate.
