Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number 43, mild chore-like movement, low normal range of cognitive function, MoCA score 25 points. UHDRS TMS 15 points, TFC 13 points. Selected into the clinical trial of intrathecal injection of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC).
