Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number 41, chore-like involuntary movements involving limbs and trunk, mild depression, MoCA score 24. UHDRS TMS 21 points, TFC 11 points. My sister was diagnosed with HD, and the patient's genetic test was positive.
