Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number is 48, chore-like movements are mainly face and hands, mild obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and MoCA score is 26 points. UHDRS TMS 16 points, TFC 13 points. Positive genetic test before symptoms and recent exercise symptoms.
