Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number 45, chore-like involuntary movements involving face and limbs, mild irritability, MoCA score 23. UHDRS TMS 19 points, TFC 12 points. The father was diagnosed with HD, and the patient was diagnosed through genetic testing.
