Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number is 43, dine-like movements are mainly trunk and lower limbs, mild cognitive impairment (inattention), and MoCA score is 23 points. UHDRS TMS 24 points, TFC 11 points. Both mother and uncle were diagnosed with HD.
