Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number 46, chore-like involuntary movements involving the whole body, mild depression and anxiety, MoCA score 25 points. UHDRS TMS 20 points and TFC 13 points. Confirmed through predictive genetic testing, the disease is currently in an extremely early stage.
