Huntington's Disease (HD)
Patient Condition
Early Huntington's disease, CAG repetition number is 44, chore-like involuntary movements are mainly on the face and upper limbs, mild executive dysfunction, and MoCA score is 22 points. UHDRS TMS 22 points, TFC 11 points. My father was diagnosed with HD, and the patient developed early symptoms after a positive genetic test before symptoms.
