Patient Condition
The patient developed weakness of both lower limbs and abnormal gait since the age of 55. At the age of 56, ALS (limb onset type) was diagnosed. At the time of diagnosis, ALSFRS-R was 32, FVC was 72%, and both lower limb muscle strength was grade 3. Progress is rapid (monthly decrease of 1.1 points). Enrolled into the intravenous infusion test of autologous fat derived MSC.
