Patient Condition
The patient developed left lower limb weakness at the age of 66, and was diagnosed with ALS (limb onset) at the age of 67. At the time of diagnosis, ALSFRS-R was 33, FVC was 70%, and left lower limb muscle strength was grade 3. Progress is rapid (monthly decrease of 1.1 points). Complicated with type 2 diabetes.
