Patient Condition
The patient developed weakness and muscle atrophy in the right lower limb since the age of 45, and was diagnosed with ALS (limb onset type) at the age of 46. At the time of diagnosis, ALSFRS-R was 37, FVC was 82%, and right lower limb muscle strength was grade 4. No family history. The progress rate is moderate (0.7 points per month).
