Patient Condition

The patient developed left lower limb weakness and unstable gait since the age of 43. At the age of 44, ALS (limb onset type) was diagnosed. At the time of diagnosis, ALSFRS-R was 38, FVC was 85%, and left lower limb muscle strength was grade 4. No family history, and negative for SOD1/other genes. Progress is slow (0.5 points per month).
