Patient Condition

The patient developed right hand weakness and muscle beating since the age of 50, and was diagnosed with ALS (El Escorial diagnosed level) at the age of 51. On arrival, the ALSFRS-R score was 36 points, FVC was 78%, right upper limb muscle strength was grade 3, and EMG showed extensive neurogenic damage.
