Retired engineer, his memory has gradually declined for 2 years, and he has recently been lost. UCLH assessment showed an MMSE score of 21 points, an ADAS-Cog score of 28 points, and an abnormal CSF Aβ42/tau ratio. Early AD was diagnosed.
