Patient Condition

Retired university professors began to experience language expression difficulties and a declining sense of direction at the end of 2022. He was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Tokyo School of Medicine, with an MMSE score of 20 points and a CDR score of 0.5. CSF biomarkers were consistent with the diagnosis of AD. MRI showed mild hippocampal atrophy.
