Patient Condition
The patient developed cognitive decline and personality changes at the age of 42, and developed dance-like movements at the age of 44. The HTT gene CAG repeats 52 times. He had been suspended for 2 years at the time of his visit, had a UHDRS exercise score of 55, a MoCA of 18, severe depression (HAMD of 24), and needed some assistance in daily life.
