Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
Patient Condition
The patient was diagnosed with upper abdominal pain at the age of 56. CT showed a mass occupying in the body of the pancreas. Biopsy was diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma stage III (T4N1M0), which was unresectable. It progressed after 6 cycles of first-line gemcitabine + albumin paclitaxel chemotherapy, and liver metastasis progressed after 3 cycles of second-line FOLFIRINOX regimen. CA19 -9 elevated to 750 U/mL at the time of diagnosis, multiple liver metastases, and ECOG score of 2.
