Patient Condition
The 39-year-old patient presented with headache and left limb weakness. MRI showed enhanced occupying mass in the right temporal lobe. Surgical resection was diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM, WHO grade IV), IDH wild-type, and MGMT promoter unmethylated. The recurrence occurred 8 months after 6 cycles of standard Stupp regimen (radiotherapy + temozolomide) after surgery. The ECOG score was 2 at the time of diagnosis, and the MRI showed a recurrent tumor of 3.2 cm.
